I provide a safe and supportive environment where you can begin to process and make sense of a distressing or overwhelming experience(s). I will guide you to explore the emotional, psychological, and physical effects that trauma may have on your life, while learning effective strategies to manage symptoms such as anxiety, intrusive memories, or heightened stress responses. Trauma counselling can help you gradually regain a sense of safety, control, and stability, while building healthier coping skills and emotional resilience. Over time, this process can support healing, reduce the lasting impact of traumatic experiences, and help you move forward with a greater sense of empowerment and wellbeing.
